Toys!!.  We always need toys for boys and girls ages newborn - 10 years of age. We get the fewest donations for our older children ages 8-10. Layettes!!  We provide baby quilts, onezies, sleepers, sweaters, receiving blankets, hats, booties, and diapers for our clients. Many of our items are lovingly handmade by our volunteers. We welcome purchased items as well.
	Books!!! Each of our children receive a new and used book. Most of our books are donated from member congregations. We have a serious shortage of new books that feature minority-children. We usually shop at close - out stores and an area toy supplier. Books of this genre do not usually show up at our usual bargain shopping sites.
